OmarAGI policy
Terms of Service
Effective May 13, 2026
Use OmarAGI as a live AI interface, proof surface, and software service under these terms.
Service
These terms apply to OmarAGI, Omar OS-1, Lua, Benchmark Replay, Lua Local Agent, and related web, voice, proof, account, and payment surfaces available through omaragi.com.
Accounts and access
Some features may require Google sign-in, a paid plan, or a separate pilot approval. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.
AI output and proof boundaries
Lua can speak, route, explain, and run permitted proof paths. AI responses may be incomplete or wrong. Benchmark results and claim boundaries must be read from the visible proof artifacts and run reports, not treated as universal guarantees.
Acceptable use
Do not use OmarAGI to break laws, abuse systems, access accounts you do not control, bypass payment limits, scrape private data, or attempt unsafe local-agent actions.
Lua Local Agent
Local Agent features require explicit installation and permission. The web service may only request whitelisted local actions. Do not use the local bridge on a device you are not authorized to control.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Plan limits, live allowance, voice time, proof runs, and local actions may vary by tier and may be changed to protect service reliability.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring plan through the payment provider or by contacting OmarAGI. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.
No warranty
The service is provided as available. OmarAGI does not warrant uninterrupted service, universal benchmark improvement, or fitness for a particular production use case.
