OmarAGI policy
Privacy Policy
Effective May 13, 2026
This policy explains what OmarAGI collects and how the Lua interface uses it.
Information you provide
We may collect commands, typed messages, voice transcripts, account email, plan status, pilot notes, and local-agent pairing metadata when you use those features.
Voice and audio
Browser microphone input may be sent for speech-to-text when you press the voice controls. Lua speech output may use third-party text-to-speech providers. Do not submit sensitive information through voice if you do not want it processed.
Local memory
Lua may store short device-local memory in your browser localStorage for continuity. This is per-device, expires or can be cleared, and is not intended as a secure vault.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Paddle, or PayPal. OmarAGI does not store full card numbers on its own server.
Local Agent
If you install Lua Local Agent, the local bridge reports connection status, allowed actions, and action results. Whitelisted local actions may involve your browser or files only after the relevant permission flow.
How information is used
We use information to operate Lua, route commands, provide proof runs, manage plans, prevent abuse, debug reliability, and improve the interface.
Sharing
We may share data with infrastructure, AI, speech, payment, analytics, and security providers only as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Operational logs, account records, billing records, and proof artifacts may be retained as needed for service operation, compliance, and dispute handling. Device-local memory remains on the device unless a feature explicitly sends context to the server.
